Concept of self service
SFM is built in a way that you as a vendor will represent your customer as a "superuser" in the system and set up the initial SFM instance.
Before doing anything towards SFM you will need:
An organization to use in test (with corresponding organization number(s)): This is recommended to be syntetic organisations)
HelseID setup for your client system registered with access to SFM APIs. Two different alternatives: Single- and multi tenant. Read more about this in the HelseID pages.
Journal-id or SFM-id must be provided. For Single-tenancy Sfm-Id is included in HelseId setup. For Multitenancy, Journal-id must be provided by the vendor.
Registration in Adresseregisteret (This is neccessary to provide e-resept/e-prescription access)
NHN has several test environments, and you should confer with you contact in the approval process to determine which environment and endpoints to use. See information about SFM test environments.
When everything in place, including the ability to retreive an access token with the sfm-api scope and journal-id/SFM-id and user login at level high, you may create a SFM instance. Detailed walkthrough presented in "create new instance in SFM".
