Test environment
Create, Update and Delete-operations demands usage of machine to machine JWT-token from HelseID (NHNs OAuth-service) with correct scope for operations. These operations are executed in context of integrated system, not individuals.
Alternative 1: Get HelseID JWT-token
Document Source Service demands usage of HelseID JWT-token. Token can be generated by "TestTokenTool" (HelseID-tool)

Alternative 2: Client in Selvbetjening (HelseID-client self-service registration portal)
Create or update existing HelseID-client in Selvbetjening (client self-service registration portal) and use this client for creating API-call to Document Source Service.

For testing purposes there should be used just synthethical patients and healthcare personnel. It is forbidden to test functionality with production data.
