Test environments and SFM versions available

SFM testenvironments are available for the vendors integrating with SFM. The vendors can and must create testorganizations, testusers and testpatients themselves to be used in testing with SFM fullversion or SFM Basis API.  Test5 environment is available for those vendors integration with SFM Basis API. Test6 environment is available for those vendors integrating with SFM fullversion.

SFM development works in 3 weeks sprints and normally there will be an official SFM version ready after each sprint. The official version is acceptance tested by SFM test team. The official version will then be deployed in test5 and test6 environements and ready for testing by the vendors.

We recommend to join the channel #ext-sfm on slack to receive information about new SFM official versions. In this slack-channel it is also possible to ask general questions about integration with SFM. We will inform about possible instability in testenviroments in this channel. Information about new official SFM versions are also sent out on email to the contactpersons for the vendors. If you want to register as contactperson please send an email to kundesenter@nhn.no about that and which vendor you represent. 

The routine to order upgrade to a newer SFM versions, see guidelines below the table. The following SFM versions are now available in test5 and test6 environments:

SFM test environments in E-resept chain

Both SFM Basis API and SFM fullversion testenvironments are fully integrated with other testenvironments in the E-resept chain. Specifically, the SFM environments are integrated with:

·         Reseptformidleren - RF-test2 environment

·         Kjernejournal - KJ st1 environment

·         SFM are also integrated with Helsepersonellregisteret (HPR) and HELFO testenvironments

Routine for upgrade of a testorganization

Vendors that want to test with a specific SFM version can order to upgrade a testrorganization to kundesenter@nhn.no. It is not possible to order to downgrade to a version. The following information need to be included for each testorganization to be upgraded:

·         Name of testorganization

·         Organizationnumber

·         HERid

·         Name of testenvironment

·         Which version you want to test

·         Please also remember to include SFM as a keyword in the subject of the email to kundesenter

Are you missing SFM test1 environment or SFM test2 environment?

Those test environments were using legacy platform while SFM test5 and test6 are on private cloud platform. Test1 and test2 were discontinued by 31^st of January 2025 when all vendors had been moved to private cloud platform in production.
