First release of 'new' API on the NHN cloud platform. No changes in functionality.

Added new response header 'nhn-error-code' when error response. The old response header 'X-KJ-Feilkode' will be phased out in the future. Added new error codes to replace the KJ legacy codes which will be phased out in the future.

Added HelseID DPoP authorization. Authorization using HelseID Bearer token will be phased out in the future. We encourage all clients to migrate to DPoP as quickly as possible.

Added new HTTP headers in order to standardize the header names across all API's in NHN. We encourage all clients to migrate to the new headers as quickly as possible.

Added support for query-parameter 'criticalInfoType' for AllergyIntolerance and Condition.

Added support for new Infection codes - Smittetype som kritisk informasjon (7519).

Status response extended with ResourceStatus object per critical info type.

We only allow read of deceased patients. Create, update or delete is not allowed, and a new error code will be returned.

We allow 699 characters (previous 500) in note for Pågående Behandling, i.e. FHIR profile Procedure.

We've added a new error code KI-0022 for when we receive a invalid NIN. A NIN is invalid if it's not a FNR or DNR and does not exist in persontjenesten/folkeregisteret.
